Refund Policy

Membership payments

Membership fees (₹999 for 3 Months, ₹1499 for 6 Months) are generally non-refundable once a profile has been activated and interest quota usage has begun.

Eligible cases

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, a verified payment error, or if your profile is rejected after payment through no fault of your own.

Interest add-on

The ₹199 interest add-on is non-refundable once purchased, as it is applied to your account immediately and shares your membership's expiry date.

Promotion

Instagram story promotion charges, where applicable, are non-refundable once a story has been scheduled or published.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team from the Contact page with your Profile Code, payment UTR/reference and the reason for your request. Our team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
